to punish myself for eating like a fat-tard this weekend:
late night workout for time:
jump rope/football sprints/jumping jacks
50 burpees
100 bodyweight squats
50 tricep dips
300 abs (combos)
note: really good workout if you can’t make it to the gym. body weight is a powerful tool (especially when you gots lots of it haha)
but forreal chelsea- time to get serious. no slacking off. t-minus 8 days until spring break and t-minus 26 days until lu’au.
BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
2 weeks until spring break.
1 month until lu’au.
(better start working out)
and….. 3 months until graduation.
